For children ages 6–12, this program teaches discipline, respect, and perseverance while improving fitness, focus, and confidence through exciting Taekwondo training.

Open to ages 7 and up, Family Classes allow parents and children to train together, building confidence, fitness, and discipline while strengthening family bonds.
