Please ensure that you have read and checked the following items:

I understand that if my child is unable to attend regular or make-up testing, a private testing must be scheduled. An additional $10 private testing fee will apply, bringing the total cost to $70. The additional $10 must be paid in person before testing.

I understand that if my child does not follow the rules and expectations of the taekwondo school, their belt may be withheld or revoked.

I confirm that my child has purchased and will bring all required sparring gear to testing (yellow belt and above).

I understand that my child must wear their official World Champion Tae Kwon Do uniform to testing. TKD shirts or other athletic clothing are not permitted.
